1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and CashUnicorn ("CashUnicorn", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your use of the CashUnicorn mobile application, website and related services.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use CashUnicorn.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age and other eligibility requirements applicable in your country or region to use CashUnicorn.

By using the service, you represent that you are legally permitted to use the application under the laws applicable to you.

Certain activities, offers, surveys or rewards may have additional eligibility requirements imposed by CashUnicorn or third-party partners.

3. User Accounts

Some CashUnicorn features require you to create or access an account.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You must not create accounts for fraudulent, deceptive or abusive purposes or create multiple accounts in violation of CashUnicorn's rules.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity resulted from unauthorized access that was not reasonably within your control.

4. About CashUnicorn

CashUnicorn is an entertainment and promotional rewards platform. Users may be able to participate in games, offers, surveys, referrals, daily rewards, streak bonuses, leaderboards and other activities.

5. Reward Coins

CashUnicorn may use virtual reward points or coins ("Coins") to track eligible activity within the application.

Coins:

• Have no cash value outside the CashUnicorn reward system.
• Are not a bank deposit, currency or financial instrument.
• Cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged outside permitted CashUnicorn features.
• May be subject to expiration, adjustment or removal in accordance with these Terms.

Coin balances may be adjusted where necessary to correct errors, reverse invalid activity, prevent abuse, or reflect partner verification results.

6. Games & Activities

CashUnicorn may provide games and other activities that allow eligible users to collect Coins.

Rewards associated with an activity may depend on successful completion of specific requirements, activity tracking and verification.

Activity availability, requirements, Coin values and reward limits may vary by user, device, location, time, partner and other factors.

7. Offers, Offerwalls & Surveys

CashUnicorn may integrate third-party offerwalls, survey providers and promotional partners, including services such as PubScale, GrowDeck, TimeWall, CPX Research and other providers.

Each third-party offer or survey may have its own eligibility criteria, instructions, terms and privacy policy.

CashUnicorn does not guarantee that every offer, survey or promotional activity will be available to every user or that completion will result in a reward.

If a third-party provider does not successfully verify an activity, CashUnicorn may be unable to credit the associated Coins.

8. Referral Program

CashUnicorn may offer referral programs that allow users to invite other eligible users.

Referral rewards may require the referred user to satisfy specific conditions, such as registering, completing an eligible activity or meeting other requirements.

You may not:

• Refer yourself using additional accounts.
• Create fake or duplicate accounts.
• Use automated systems to generate referrals.
• Misrepresent CashUnicorn or its referral program.
• Use fraudulent traffic or incentivized activity that violates partner rules.

9. Leaderboards, Streaks & Bonuses

CashUnicorn may provide leaderboards, daily streaks, bonuses and promotional events.

Rankings and bonus eligibility may be calculated using activity data recorded by CashUnicorn and may be subject to verification.

CashUnicorn may correct rankings or remove bonuses resulting from invalid, fraudulent or incorrectly recorded activity.

10. Rewards & Redemptions

Eligible users may be able to exchange qualifying Coins for rewards made available through CashUnicorn.

Redemption options, minimum requirements, availability, processing times and limits may vary.

A redemption request may be subject to additional verification, including fraud and account checks.

CashUnicorn reserves the right to reject or delay a redemption where there is a reasonable indication of fraud, abuse, invalid activity, technical error or violation of these Terms.

Once a reward has been successfully delivered or processed, it may not be reversible except where required by applicable law or the applicable reward provider's rules.

11. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

CashUnicorn uses systems and processes designed to detect suspicious, fraudulent or abusive activity.

This may include analysis of account activity, device information, network information, activity patterns, offer completion behavior and other signals relevant to security and fraud prevention.

If activity is determined to be suspicious or inconsistent with these Terms, CashUnicorn may investigate, restrict, reverse or suspend related activity.

12. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use CashUnicorn to:

• Commit fraud or abuse the reward system.
• Operate multiple accounts when prohibited.
• Use bots, scripts, emulators, automation or other unauthorized methods to generate rewards.
• Manipulate advertisements, offerwalls or surveys.
• Generate fraudulent or artificial traffic.
• Attempt to bypass security or activity verification systems.
• Interfere with application functionality.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to compromise the service.
• Use another person's account without authorization.
• Provide false information for the purpose of obtaining rewards.
• Engage in activity that violates applicable laws or third-party partner requirements.

13. Third-Party Services

CashUnicorn may contain integrations, advertisements, links or services provided by third parties.

Third-party services may have separate terms, eligibility requirements and privacy policies.

CashUnicorn is not responsible for the independent operation, content, availability or policies of third-party services that it does not control.

14. Service Availability

We aim to keep CashUnicorn available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The application or specific features may occasionally become unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party service interruptions, network issues, security events or other circumstances.

15. Account Suspension or Termination

CashUnicorn may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the user:

• Has violated these Terms.
• Has engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Has attempted to manipulate rewards or partner systems.
• Has created unauthorized multiple accounts.
• Has provided false or misleading information.
• Creates a security or legal risk for the service.

Where permitted by applicable law, account termination may result in cancellation of pending or unverified rewards associated with prohibited activity.

16. Disclaimers

CashUnicorn is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee:

• A specific number or value of Coins.
• A specific amount of rewards.
• Availability of any particular offer or survey.
• Continuous availability of any third-party service.
• That every activity will successfully track or credit.
• That the application will always operate without errors or interruptions.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CashUnicorn and its operators, affiliates, service providers and partners will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the application, business, technology, partner requirements or applicable laws.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of CashUnicorn after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
